Terms

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not a contract for work, and nothing on this site is an offer, a price or a commitment.

What this page covers

The use of nextneta.online.

It is not a services contract. Anything the studio builds is agreed separately in writing, and that agreement — not this page — governs the work, the price and the timeline.

Who you are dealing with

NextNeta is a studio run by Jitendra Singh and Abhimanyu Singh.

No company registration and no GST registration has been completed. There is therefore no company name, no CIN, no GSTIN, no registration number and no registered address to state here, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to any of them. We would rather say that plainly than leave a visitor to assume an entity that does not exist.

Whether to incorporate, and what these terms must say once a legal entity does exist, is on the review list at the end of this page.

What is on this site

Everything on this site describes what the studio is set up to build and how it builds it.

Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a price, a capacity commitment, a timeline, or advice of any kind — legal, electoral, financial or technical. Capability is not a delivered result, and the site does not present it as one.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation and does nothing else. It creates no contract, reserves no capacity, and obliges neither side to proceed.

We have not published a response time anywhere on this site, and you should not read one into its absence.

Our material

The NextNeta name, the mark, the wordmark and the contents of this site belong to us. You may link to any page on it. Do not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish the content or the brand assets without written permission.

The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the licence texts ship with the site rather than being referred to elsewhere.

The work we show

The sites listed as delivered work are live sites this studio designed and built for the people named. They are shown as examples of our work.

They are not endorsements of this studio by those people, and nothing published on them is a statement by us.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere we do not run, it is because the destination is relevant, not because we vouch for it. What happens there is not ours to govern.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this site accurate, available and secure. We do not guarantee that it is any of those at a given moment, and we do not guarantee that it is free of error or interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site. That limit is one of the items under review below.

Governing law

This page does not yet state a governing law or a forum for disputes, because that has not been settled. It is on the review list below, and we would rather leave it blank than name one that turns out to be wrong.

Changes

These terms will change, not least once the review below has happened. The version in force is whichever one is published here.

What this page has not settled.

These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe the position honestly as it stands today. These are the open items, published here rather than hidden:

  • Whether to incorporate, and what these terms must say — and who they must name — once a legal entity exists.

  • GST registration, and whether any threshold or service condition makes it compulsory.

  • Governing law, jurisdiction and a dispute-resolution route, all of which this page deliberately leaves unstated.

  • The limitation of liability above, against the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

  • Whether showing a client's live site as delivered work needs that client's written permission on record.

  • How these terms and the privacy policy relate to the written agreement used for an actual project.
